Getting Things Done

From David Allen’s “Getting Things Done” approach, I’ve learned how to stay organized and reduce the feeling of being overwhelmed. It starts with capturing everything that’s on my mind or demanding my attention. Then, I clarify what each task actually means and organize it into manageable steps. By regularly reviewing and reflecting on what’s most important, I can stay focused on the right things. Finally, I engage by taking action on what matters. This process helps me clear my mind, lower stress, and make space for the things I truly want to focus on.
