Building Trust (2018)
This course taught me how important trust is for building strong, productive relationships at work. I also learned practical ways to show I’m trustworthy and build trust with others, even in challenging situations like remote teams. It also covered how people judge trustworthiness, how bias can affect trust, and the key factors that predict trust. Moreover, I learned how I can boost my credibility with the words that I choose to speak in a professional setting.
