Building Trust
1. What you learned and how it relates to your major (e.g., describe what you learned from this learning module).
The course taught me about the three main trust pillars: competency (doing what you say you’ll do), empathy (caring and listening), and authenticity (being real and consistent). I picked up tips on building trust even in remote groups , plus how to rebuild trust if someone messes up, like sincerely apologizing and being concrete about how to fix it. Since my major involves a lot of group work and presentations, I already feel better about building stronger team dynamics. Now I can focus more on being consistent, understanding teammates, and being open when things go wrong instead of pretending everything’s ok. I think these tips and methods makes everyone in your team feel supported and connected.
