Building Trust
They say the ultimate business strategy is to “build trust and earn loyalty.” In this module, I learned that building trustworthiness around your surroundings, whether it be in a personal or professional aspect, is the key to building meaningful relationships as well. If we look at it the other way, team work and collaboration also builds trust because we will depend on one another to reach our goals. This relates to the MIS major because there will be projects that will require effective collaboration and trusting one another is key to success.
