Communication Foundations
Communication is one of the most essential soft skills in both the professional and personal settings. I learned how the foundations of communications are effective in both the business and technological aspect. Even Warren Buffett himself has emphasize the importance of communicating within the business industry. It will not only intertwine with my major, but in all career prospects. For instance, how we will handle certain situations, collaborating within teams, and our c0mmunication style based on who is our audience. In this module, I was able to recall the Think, Feel, Do model and look at the SCQA (Situation, Complication, Question, Answer) framework.
