Building Trust
Through this Linked-In Learning course, I realized how body language, word-choice, and my voice and tone are all so important when trying to build trust and credibility when working with other people. I used to think competency, responsibility/accountability, and knowledge of a task is the main part of working effectively in a group, however now and through my dance team I know that watching how you communicate and having trust within your team will make a huge difference in getting to the best product/project results.
