Business Analysis Foundations
I learned the ins and outs of a business analysts tasks. They must have the business acumen to determine when to look at the analysis from an overarching general view or going deep into detail-oriented analysis. Business analysts and project managers are often hybrid positions in a company. Learning about both these jobs has really helped me realize that I believe this role is where my skills and views are a best-fit. Requirements can include business, stakeholder, solution (functional and non-functional), transition, project, and/or quality requirements. This learning taught me about the importance of involving stakeholders throughout the process of determining and explaining the best solutions as well as the requirements of a roadmap, the scope, project planning, requirements modeling, and the business case among other vital information.
